HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Checkout: 11:00 AM
  • Self-check-in with lockbox (lockbox code and more detailed info regarding this will be given after booking)
  • No smoking
  • No pets
  • No parties or events
  • No noises after 10pm
  • No shoes in the house
  • Sort your trash properly. How? Brown bin for compost (organic waste), Green bin for other waste. Please don’t throw any recyclable material in the green bin, such as plastic containers, metals, or paper containers. Instead, put them in a plastic bag and leave them at any garbage station.
  • Always put things you use back where they belong
  • Always lock the main door and patio door after you leave
  • Always take care of the house, your neighbors, and nature

Health & safety

  • We are committed to high cleaning standards and an enhanced cleaning process.

  • Insurance: You are responsible for your own insurance. We don’t cover any injuries or such, so please be cautious and make sure you are covered with your own insurance.

Cancellation policy

  1. Here’s how it works:

  2. You request a booking reservation.

  3. Once confirmed, we will send you the 1st confirmation email, verify that your account is receiving our emails as it should, and then also ask you for a copy of the ID or passport of the person responsible for the booking.

  4. As soon as you verify your ID and email, we will send our bank account details as well as the full booking breakdown for you to pay for your stay. Once we send it, you’ll have 48 hours to make a bank transfer or cancel. If we don’t receive any payment from you within those 48 hours, the reservation obtains a pending status and becomes available for others to book.

  5. You can cancel free of charge within the 48 hours after the first confirmation is sent via email. If you wish to make the reservation and pay, the reservation will be fully confirmed by email after we receive the total payment. If the booking date happens to be on a weekend, you can send a copy of the bank transaction by email, which would also confirm and guarantee your reservation.

  6. You’ll receive a final confirmation of the booking by a second email

  7. After the payment is made and the final confirmation is sent to you by email, you can’t cancel the reservation and there will be no refund. Exceptions can be made for emergency health related issues (like travel restrictions due to COVID-19)

TIPS

  • Berry and cherry picking during the summer is one of the best activities nature could give us. Go hunt for your wild berries around the area and enjoy them! Just make sure you know what you are picking, it is your responsibility.
  • It is always recommended that you bring a light jacket if you tend to get cold easily, even in spring & summer time, as the evenings tend to be a bit cooler.
